Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhipAlgo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhipAlgo offers two plans. Whip Signals provides market signals, market setup alerts, and market analysis across crypto, gold, silver, oil, and meme/degen opportunities, delivered through the WhipAlgo Discord community. WhipAlgo Full Suite includes everything in Whip Signals plus access to WhipAlgo's proprietary TradingView indicators — Whip Trend Core, Whip Trend Confirmation, and Whip Channel Pro + S/R — which assist with market analysis.

WhipAlgo is a decision-support system and does not automatically execute trades. The Service does not constitute:

  • Financial or investment advice
  • A managed trading service
  • An automated trading system or bot
  • A guarantee of any trading outcome or return

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

  • Past performance of any system, signal, or indicator does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • WhipAlgo is not responsible for any trading losses you incur
  • You trade at your own risk using your own judgment

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to WhipAlgo is provided on a monthly subscription basis and billed through Whop, our payment and subscription processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Whop account. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All WhipAlgo indicators, signals, code, content, and materials are proprietary. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, share, or redistribute indicators, signals, or your access credentials under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Share Discord, indicator, or signal access with non-subscribers
  • Resell or sublicense access to any third party
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract indicator logic

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you breach these terms, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhipAlgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
